Ben Update, Gypsy, and More

I got a nice surprise yesterday. I was just sitting waiting for my homeless neighbor to come back, when I recognized someone walking in a group. It was Ben. Ironically I had just wrote about his story here in my blog. He said that he had to go and that he was in rehab. I am so happy for him!!!I know his boyfriend broke his heart, but he is so intelligent and can go far in life if he wants to. He definitely can go far in life.

Now the first day I ended up in Union Square I met Gypsy with Phil.Gypsy has some kind of problem with swelling in his hands. He has some kind of skin condition. He is an older gentleman. He is respectful like Phil is. He too is an alcoholic. His face shape is like similar to the late Robin Williams. If I remember right his a a child or two from a marriage that didn't work out. He has expressed desire for me. But he is not my type of man in the sense that he doesn't take proper care of his body. Besides I don't really know him well enough to consider him in that way. Okay, enough about Gypsy for now.

One thing that I forgot to mention yesterday that I wanted to write about was an event that happened in the morning before I got my breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. When I was walking here yesterday, I saw a squirrel in a tree. I started to imitate it's sound, then it started to do some kind a squirrel yelling, so I imitated that. This went on for a few minutes. Then it started going up higher into the tree. So, I continued to walk to Dunkin Donuts. Then I saw a regular squirrel bully a black squirrel. It literally told the black squirrel off. So, I went to the regular squirrel and told him off in squirrel at least I attempted too. It seemed to work, because the black squirrel came up to me to see who was fighting for him. I imitated the calmer squirrel language, he seemed to understand.

I got Cooper nationally registered as an Emotional Support Animal. I am just waiting for the paper from a medical professional to give it to me. So, I have less problems with having Cooper with him. Cooper does literally check up on me in different ways. One way is by putting his paw on my face and sniffing me. This happens when my blood pressure is off. He lets me know when a situation is a bit stressful by pawing at my side or lower butt when he is walking. So, he is indeed a service animal.

I saw big water splashing up on the side of Manhattan last night. A local fisherman said that is was the boats going by. But the boats were far away. The water would be calmer and not splashing like it was at a water park. Then I spoke to my friend Mike, he said that is was most likely a whale of some sort. I can believe that it is a whale, dolphin, or other animal that has a blow hole. Because the water would shoot one place in a small area, then about 20 ft later in a small area, then go back the same area and then be 10 ft away. You learn how to handle all aspects of life better if you are homeless on the streets than in a homeless shelter, ironically...
